The best strategy game is here at last. With Heroes 2, the sequel to 2014’s Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, comes a deep and immersive experience that will take you to the frontlines during the Middle Ages.
The sequel to the award-winning Chivalry: Medieval Warfare has been in development for three years. It will include nine maps to play on and more than 20 weapons.
Chivalry 2 has been released exclusively on the Epic Games Store, and the number of players engaging in chaotic medieval battles has exceeded developer Torn Banner Studios’ expectations. But as popular as this highly anticipated sequel is, some gamers chose not to buy it, preferring to wait for its release date on Steam . Chivalry 2’s release date on Steam has yet to be announced, but you don’t have to worry that the game will remain an Epic exclusive forever, because it won’t.
On PC, Chivalry 2 will be available in the Epic Games Store at launch. In a year it will be available on other PC digital stores (sic!) like Steam, writes the developer on the game’s official website. Some games have lost their Epic exclusivity exactly one year after their initial release. If this is also confirmed, the release date for Chivalry 2 on Steam could be the 8th. June 2022. However, other games have already appeared in Valve’s store, so we may have to wait a little longer. We won’t know for sure until the developer officially announces the release date.
