“The Dread Cellar: Long believed to be abandoned, the Dread Cellar has started emitting strange magical energies, said to be one of the Empire’s most dreaded prisons. This once-feared location now houses the Waking Flame cultists and their Daedric followers, posing additional dangers to any would-be explorers. A pair of Imperial Battlemages has requested your help in their investigation into the prison’s activities, but what part does the Dread Cellar’s own history play in the cultists’ evil plans? And how far would the Battlespire go to keep the Empire’s secrets safe?”
