Go to the Settings Menu
Assuming you want to delete a game permanently:
-Go to Settings
-Storage
-System Storage
-Applications
-Highlight the game you want to delete and press the options button
-Delete
Select Application Saved Data Management
From your PS4 home screen, go to [Settings] > [Application Saved Data Management].
Under [Saved Data in System Storage], select which user profile you’d like to manage data for.
Choose from the options below:
– [Copy to Online Storage] > select the checkbox of the game data you’d like to upload and press (X button) > [Copy]. This will upload your selected game save data to online storage associated with your PlayStation™Network account. You can re-download this data if you delete it from your PS4™ system, or download it to another PS4™ system and continue playing.
– [Delete from PS4] > select the checkbox of the game data you’d like to delete and press (X button) > [Delete].

To delete a game on your PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete. You’ll see a list of all the games saved to your PS4’s hard drive. To delete a game, select the checkbox next to it, then hit “Delete.”
To re-install a deleted game, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Applications, and select the game you want to install from the list. Then hit “Re-Install.”
Press the Options Button
To delete a game on your PS4, first go to the home screen. Then, scroll over to the “Library” tab. Here, you’ll see all of the games that are currently installed on your system. Find the game that you want to delete, and press the “Options” button on your controller. A menu will pop up with several options. Select “Delete,” and confirm your choice.
